Job Qualifications
– Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel sales, B2B sales, or account management in the hospitality industry
– Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business accounts
– Strong understanding of corporate travel needs and travel agent operations
– Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and hotel systems
– Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and negotiation skills
– Creative mindset with ability to contribute to social media content creation
– Thai National Only, Male / Female, Age: 25?35 (Negotiable)
– Positive attitude, strong service mind, and results-driven mindset
– Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
– Excellent verbal and written communication in Thai and English
– Comfortable working with digital content and social media platforms
– Ability to work flexible hours as necessary
– Willingness to travel locally and regionally
– Valid driver’s license is an advantage
Job Details
Corporate Sales Activities
– Identify and prospect potential corporate clients, government agencies, and long-term business partners
– Conduct outside sales calls and visit clients at their offices to present hotel products and services
– Negotiate corporate rates, contract terms, and service agreements
– Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing corporate accounts through regular reviews and business meetings
– Design attractive corporate accommodation packages and value-added services
– Monitor account performance and identify upselling opportunities
Travel Agent & Distribution Partner Management
– Research and identify productive travel agents and tour operators locally, regionally, and internationally
– Establish partnerships and negotiate commission structures with travel agents and tour operators
– Register and maintain hotel profiles on OTA platforms and travel agent extranet systems
– Update rate charts, availability, and promotional offers regularly across all distribution channels
– Provide product training and conduct site inspections/familiarization trips for travel agents
– Monitor partner performance and implement strategies to increase bookings
Sales Activities
– Participate in travel fairs, trade shows, roadshows, and industry events as required
– Represent the hotel at promotional events and networking functions
– Engage with potential clients and partners at industry gatherings
Marketing Content Support
– Collaborate with property staff and corporate office team to create engaging content for social media platforms, with a focus on TikTok
– Support the development of creative marketing materials that showcase hotel facilities, services, and guest experiences
– Coordinate with teams to capture and produce authentic content for digital marketing campaigns
