Job Qualifications
– Thai National Only, Male/Female with a few years of experience either in Front Office Operation or Food and Beverage Operations
– Team work with high standard of work and attention to details, interpersonal communication skills and should be totally customer centric
– Good interpersonal ability, friendly, caring and dedicated individual.
– English communication skill with customer and team oriented.
– Polite and helpful manner when dealing with guest.
– Positive attitude, strong service mind and open-minded with energetics person.
– Being able to work on flexible hours/shift as necessary.
– Beyond guest expectation attitude.

Job Details
– Register guests and assigns room. Accommodates special requests whenever possible.
– Assists in preregistration and blocking of rooms assignment.
– Uses proper telephone etiquette, mail and message handling procedures.
– Always smile and offer help to guest without asking.
– Always take care of guest comment/problem and pass information to Assistant Resident Master / Resident Master when they can’t solve.
– Able to obtain a review mentioned their name in positive way once per quarter.
– Follow SOP for daily, weekly, monthly operation.
– Complete FO checklist according to the shift.
– Do a FO Operation (Check-in, Check-out, etc) according to the SOP.
– Able to handle Hotel Documents and Cash Float correctly.
– Follow FB Operation according to SOP.
– Understand all of the restaurant’s menus and able to explain them to the guest.
– Able to receive an order and doing a beverage menu and serving according to the standard.
– Maintain a hygienic precedure according to the standard.
– Daily check kitchen stock and coordinate with team for preparation and requisition.
– Able to express brand image and value.
– Maintain a brand grooming according to the standard.
– Able to communicate efficiently both internal and with guest.
– Explain to the guest about the condition, policy and the hotel products clearly and understandably both in Thai and English.
– Understand guest message and convoy it correctly to the team or other departments.
– Understand guest message and serve correctly.
– Be a lovable person for guest and other staff.
– Show a polite and helpful attitude toward guest.
– Show a symphaty and sincere toward each other staff.
– Be punctual and honest.
– Print and close the shift on PMS/ POS
– Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, and other beverages according to standard recipes
– Take customer orders and provide friendly, professional service
– Recommend menu items and customize drinks based on customer preferences
