- 11 Years of Growth: Since its founding in 2015, KGH has grown to a portfolio of 56 hotels with over 4,000 rooms across Thailand, the Philippines, and Japan, with a goal of 1,000 hotels in 10 countries across 6 continents by 2035.
- Focusing on What We Can Control: Revenue management, guest experience, review scores, and operational efficiency. This includes multi-skilled hotel teams, centralized accounting and purchasing, and in-house AI tools built by our own team members.
- A New Brand for Secondary Cities: KGH is preparing a new, more affordable brand built on co-branding. Independent hotel owners keep their hotel’s name and identity, with no major renovation, while gaining KGH’s sales, marketing, and operating standards. The first hotel is expected in 2027.
- Partnership with KKP: Through our collaboration with Kiatnakin Phatra Bank (KKP), KGH helps connect promising hotel owners with funding to develop and upgrade their properties.
