VOQUE 51 Selects “by Koko” for Strategic Conversion from Service Apartment to Hotel

BANGKOK, THAILAND – 1st December, 2025Koko Global Hospitality (KGH), a pioneering hotel management firm founded by a Japanese entrepreneur in 2015, today officially commenced the full management operations for VOQUE Hotel & Serviced Residence Sukhumvit 51 (VOQUE 51). This strategic partnership marks a significant pivot for the 4-star, 39-unit property, transitioning it from a traditional long-term service apartment model to a high-yield daily hotel operation under the flexible “by Koko” brand. The property has already obtained a valid hotel license, enabling a smooth transition as a hotel.
Located in the prime residential area of Sukhumvit 51, just 500 meters from the Thong Lo BTS Station, VOQUE 51 features spacious, apartment-style suites with kitchenettes and balconies, as well as a rooftop pool and fitness center. While these amenities were originally designed for the long-stay monthly market, the owner recognized the opportunity to capture the daily tourism market.

The agreement is built on a solid foundation of trust and proven results. KGH and the property owner have enjoyed a successful decade-long relationship, collaborating on the management of Kokotel Bangkok Surawong since 2016 and VIVTEL Bangkok Surawong expected to open in 2026.
