Job Qualifications

  • Thai Nationality, Male/ Female 
  • Experience and knowledge in Hotel Sales Strategies (OTAs, Wholesales, Cooperate, GDS, Channel Manager, PMS, Booking Engine etc.)
  • Minimum of 3 years of B2B & B2C Sales experiences is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, strong service mind, patient and leadership
  • Excellent both verbal and written communication in Thai and English and have interpersonal skills and time management abilities
  • Proficient in computer knowledge
  • Result oriented, self-manage and decisive

JOB HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Work for an ambitious company aiming to build one of the largest hotel chains in South and South-East Asia.
  • Responsible for attain a business volume as high as possible, focused on budgeting to heighten the sales opportunity and to generate revenue by attracting customers through different channels (OTAs/ Wholesales/ Direct/ GDS/ Internet and Hotel Website)
  • Expertise in wide range of hotel Sales, Reservation and/or Revenue scope
  • Responsible for both strategic and tactical initiatives related to Sales and Reservation maximization by setting up its direction and explore new distribution opportunities with excellent analytical skill 
  • As a Headquarter member, reporting to Director of Sales and Marketing or CEO

Sales & Revenue

  • Meeting with clients, seeking out business and arranging business deals with opportunities of bringing in guests and volume business into entire Koko Group.
  • Managing accounts and conducting good relationship with all partner to maintain achievement of business purpose
  • Create sales plan together with Revenue expertise team as well as rate plan, target segment strategies for each property including preparing and presenting effective contract/ proposals as well as maintaining well organized documentations and reports
  • Ensure that each property meets its financials goals
  • Utilizes company systems and brand standards as appropriate.
  • Analyze sales strategies to yield revenue and review potential business, room statistics and demand factors. 
  • Possessing complete knowledge of all services of each property for making successful sales.
  • Creating and maintaining mutually beneficial relationships with customers/ partner to generate sales and lead to repeat business
  • Attend and review internal sales and revenue and credit meeting with team
