Job Qualifications
- Thai National Only, Male/Female
- High standard of work and attention to details physical and ability to work alone and as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal ability, friendly, caring and dedicated individual.
- Reliability and honest respect for guest’s privacy
- Polite and helpful manner when dealing with guest
- Positive attitude, strong service mind and open-minded with energetics person
- Communication skill and customer focus with team work
- Being able to work on flexible hours/shift as necessary
- Prepares and cleans guest bathroom/ bed room/ floor corridor/ public areas according to the operational standards and perform rotation cleaning duties as required.
- Replenishes stocks of guest supplies and amenities.
- Checks and secures the rooms/area
- Report to Assist Master for any items in need of maintenance to ensure workplace is at good condition including misuse of facilities, amenities, linen and uniform etc.
- Deliver and retrieve items on request to guests e.g. iron and ironing boards.
- Ensure security of guest rooms and privacy of guests.
- Daily, weekly and monthly manage linen and uniform inventory
- Pick up/deliver of dirty linen and collect/ distribute the clean linen to the pantries.
- Maintain basic knowledge about cleaning detergent and equipment
- Responsible for achieving and exceeding the guest satisfaction and following the standard operating procedures.
