Job Qualifications

Job Details

OB HIGHLIGHTS:

  • Responsible for revenue growth of hotels and caf- business by managing multichannel on sales & marketing.
  • 3 months of on-the-job training to become a key person for sales & marketing for hotels.
  • Key position of the fast growth hospitality starts up started in Thailand.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Admin

  • Mainly conducting all administrative tasks
  • Complete channel mapping and PMS integration process
  • Complete all basic settings on online channels
  • Use support systems for conducting daily tasks

2) Revenue Management

  • Managing rate with pre-set rate structure
  • Control discount settings on all online channels
  • Understand tools of revenue management and update data correctly
  • Understand process KPIs of online channels

3) Marketing

  • Mainly planning and conducting basic marketing initiatives
  • Plan/Conduct 10 basic marketing initiatives
  • Use Facebook/Instagram to setup ads campaign
  • Reflect goods/bads to summarize learnings for a next initiative

4) Analyzing

  • Generating implication with support
  • Understand terminology
  • Updating performance reports following the advice

5) RM Support (Buddy)

  • Understand discussing items in the meeting
  • Discussing with RM/F&B as a discussion partner

6) Communication (Communicator)

  • Present some parts in the meeting to the owner
  • Conducting monthly meeting with support
  • Create the monthly meeting slide following the advice from the supervisor

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

  •  Thai National Only, Male / Female Age:22-25
  • Positive attitude, strong service mind, patient, leadership, critical thinking, initiative and creative person
  • Strong passion/motivation to work in new hospitality business to create the largest hospitality chain in Southeast Asia from scratch
  • Excellent both verbal and written communication in Thai and English and inter-personal skill
  • Being able to work on flexible hours as necessary
