- Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, pre-opening operations, corporate training, or operations support (Experience in hospitality, retail, or property development is a highly regarded plus).
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in project management platforms, specifically Wrike (or alternatives like Asana, Monday.com), and Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel skills for budget tracking).
- Core Competencies & Professional Skills
- Project Tracking & Execution: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex timelines, follow up on deliverables, and handle multiple tasks across different departments simultaneously.
- Training Delivery: Confidently conduct basic onboarding, system, and SOP training for frontline or operational staff.
- Financial & Procurement Awareness: Practical understanding of budgeting, quotation comparisons, and the Purchase Request (PR) tracking lifecycle.
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proven ability to act as a professional liaison between high-level stakeholders (Owners/HQ) and ground-level staff.

- Job Summary
The Pre-Opening & Training Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the entire project lifecycle during the pre-opening phase. This role focuses on executing basic and system training for staff, ensuring all training tools and project management documents are completed ahead of schedule, and tracking daily tasks via Wrike. Additionally, the role involves budget tracking, managing the Operating Supplies and Equipment (SOE) procurement process, and serving as a key communication bridge between project leaders, headquarters (HQ), property owners, and staff.
- Key Responsibilities & Critical Duties
- Training & Development
- Act as the primary trainer to deliver basic and system-related training to staff.
- Coordinate and gather staff for training sessions according to the finalized schedule.
- Ensure all training delivery strictly adheres to the established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare, complete, and update all training plans, tools, and checklists well ahead of the training start date.
- Project Management & Pre-Opening Support
- Monitor and follow up on daily project tasks assigned to the team using Wrike.
- Understand the overall project timeline and the specific tasks/deadlines of each department.
- Support all assigned pre-opening activities and assist in preparing essential pre-opening documentation.
- Follow up on necessary legal, operational, or corporate documents requiring the property owner’s signature and acknowledgment.

- Budgeting & SOE (Operating Supplies & Equipment) Management
- Maintain a deep understanding of the project budget file and actively follow up on budget line items.
- Assist associates in tracking and updating budget items as assigned.
- Manage the SOE list, support the issuance of Purchase Requests (PRs) for the project, and oversee the receiving process of SOE items.
- Follow up on and expedite quotation approvals for all SOE items.
- Communication & Liaison
- Serve as the central communication link, routing information from the Property Owner to the Project Leader.
- Facilitate clear and timely communication from Headquarters (HQ) to the Project Leader.
- Receive feedback, escalate issues, and lead daily communication from general staff to the Project Leader.

1. Base Salary
2. Benefits: Medical Allowance (Reimbursement is subject to the maximum amount set by the company.)
3. Central operation allowance: PHP 15,000 per month (pay every 10th of the following month)
4. Travel Perks: Travel allowance for inter-city visits and reimbursement of actual expenses for overseas property visits
5. Telephone Allowance: PHP 1,700 per month
6. Staff Room Rate: 40% off the website rate (applicable after probation)
7. Work Schedule: 6 days per week**
