Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome; internship or on-the-job training in a hotel is an advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Basic knowledge of hotel operations and service standards
- Willingness to learn all hotel departments
Other Requirements
- Willingness to undergo rotational training across departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Sales, Finance, HR)
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Open to assignment in different hotel locations, if required
- Strong interest in hotel management and a leadership career path
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and strong work ethic
- Willingness to travel frequently between hotel properties (and office)Â

Job Details
- One-year management training program to become GM of a hotel in
1-2 years
- Working as a front office staff and F&B service staff for one-year with
a special curriculum to become GM soon
- After 1-year, becoming Assistant GM or GM of a hotel under company’s
management, depending on a qualification. Or the contract shall be
terminated with one-month severance pay.
Welfare
1. Base Salary
2. Benefits: Medical Allowance (Reimbursement is subject to the maximum amount set by the company.)
3. Central operation allowance: PHP 15,000 per month (pay every 10th of the following month)
4. Travel Perks: Travel allowance for inter-city visits and reimbursement of actual expenses for overseas property visits
5. Telephone Allowance: PHP 1,700 per month
6. Staff Room Rate: 40% off the website rate (applicable after probation)
7. Work Schedule: 6 days per week**
