DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Stock and cost management
- Follow a daily checking of stock quality and quantity
- Daily check kitchen stock and coordinate with team for preparation and requisition
- Quality goods receiving in-term of quality and quantity
- Support team to check and control wastage and spoilage
Standardize
- Follow the standard of each menu
- Stick and follow up stanard recipes
- Stick with standard presentation
- Stick with standard ingredients items
Operation
- Follow the kitchen standard of operation
- Maintain cleanliness on his or her resonpon areas
- Maintain a grooming and hygiene according to the standard
- On time food cooking
Document and report
- Able to handle kitchen document and time attendance
- Stock count, wastage and spoilage record send to senior cook
- Well work attendance record
- Receiving goods recipes and alway check with good condition and quantity
