  • Market and optimize the revenue by controlling price, promotions, campaigns and initiatives.

Marketing skill

  • Skill to organize creatives & campaigns and drag awareness, attract people and convert them to book our hotels by utilizing tools to promote online.

Analyzing skill

  • Skill to analyze data to come up with an implication for a proper understanding of the current situation and for improvement initiatives

Problem solving skill

  • Skill to define a problem and a goal to find a gap in order to come up with solution ideas

Communication skill

  • Skill of interpersonal communication to establish a good relationship and understanding with RMs, owners and other departments

  • Conduct basic works with support

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Admin

  • Mainly conducting all administrative tasks
  • Complete channel mapping and PMS integration process
  • Complete all basic settings on online channels
  • Use support systems for conducting daily tasks

Revenue Management

  • Managing rate with pre-set rate structure
  • Control discount settings on all online channels
  • Understand tools of revenue management and update data correctly
  • Understand process KPIs of online channels

Marketing

  • Mainly planning and conducting basic marketing initiatives
  • Plan/Conduct 10 basic marketing initiatives
  • Use Facebook/Instagram to setup ads campaign
  • Reflect goods/bads to summarize learnings for a next initiative

Analyzing

  • Generating implication with support
  • Understand terminology
  • Updating performance reports following the advice

RM (Resident Master) Support (Buddy)

  • Understand discussing items in the meeting
  • Discussing with RM/F&B as a discussion partner

Communication (Communicator)

  • Assistant role to take parts of communication for those properties in charge
  • Conducting monthly meeting with support
  • Create the monthly meeting slide following the advice from the supervisor
