Job Qualifications


Accounting knowledge:

  • Hotel Accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge in IFRS and Thai GAAP.

Software Skill:

  • Familiar in Sun System, Purchase plus

Training skills:

  • Able to conduct training


  • Good in english

Working time:

  • Flexible working time


  • Able to travel upon hotel opening

Dynamic environment:

  • Creative, Multi-tasking Skill, Flexible and able to work under pressure

Job Details

  • Assist Finance Director to run any day to day operation of Finance & Accounting propose, Do a monthly report with all reconciliation of each assigned property and support the owner when have any issue of Finance & Accounting.
  • To setting up for the pre-opening hotel of finance and accounting propose.
  • To do a job training of property operation department such as RM,ARM or some HQ department to make them more understanding of Finance & Accounting that may concern in the property performance that show in Monthly P&L


Coaching A&A

  • On time completed a monthly report
  • Completed P&L within 10th of month of assigned property
  • Completed Cash Flow within 15th of month of assigned property
  • Share all monthly report to all party (incl.owner team) within 17th

A/P Payment

  • Work together and follow up team to completed all B/S Reconcile
  • Work together & Follow up team to be completed with reconcile of WHT within 7th
  • Work together & Follow up team to be completed with reconcile of VAT within 15th
  • Work together & Follow up team to be completed with reconcile of B/S within 25th

Balance sheet reconcile

  • Create/build strong team as well as internal operational procedure
  • Motivation to the team to work as a professional such as thinking, planning,awareness, avoidance, and more finance & accounting perceptual.
  • Build a team to make a good communication between other department.
  • Support and work together with AC Team for any requirement from other department
TAX relevant
  • Support Owner and Pre-opening team running smoothly ie. Training, Inventory concept, chart of account
  • Design and enhance accounting perspective, Job tasks for new opening property or Hand on property
  • Coordinate/Meet Owner for new opening property will be ready to open

New opening hotel

  • Conduct Acct. team training to ensure our team follow SOP
  • Conduct RM/A&A training for new coming
  • Refresh training A&A, Accounting ream

Expectation multiple property

  • Support owner inquiries regarding P&L, B/S and Cashflow


  • Thai National Only, Male / Female Age: Not over 40 years old.
  • At least 5 year experience.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
