Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in hotel operations or management
- At least 3–5 years of experience overseeing multiple properties, clusters, or regions
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and financial performance
- Proven experience in leading senior management teams
- Good command of written and spoken English
Other Requirements
- Experience in multi-property or area management within the hospitality industry
- Ability to oversee and standardize operational policies across properties
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
- Willingness to travel frequently between hotel properties
- Familiarity with Philippine labor law and operational compliance
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complex operational challenges
- Willingness to travel frequently between hotel properties (and office)

Expectation:
General Operation: Ensure daily operation is conducted properly
– Ensure daily report is done properly
– Ensure daily inspection is conducted
– Ensure daily review is reviewed and issue fixed
Relationship: To ensure the relationship with property team is good
– Visit property at the based location once a week
– Visit property at different location once a month
– Conduct one on one with RM on weekly basis
Quality control training: To ensure the Quality and training is conducted properly
– Conduct QC once per quatre/property at minimum
– Conduct “improvement action plan “according to QC result
– Ensure SOP applies and ensure training is conducted accordingly
Be a Representative: Be a Representative
– Conduct Monthly meeting with Owner
– Be a main contact person for owner
– Be a main contact person between RM and Corporate office
Wow initiative: Conduct and support other to come up more WOW
– Be able to come up with “WOW” idea for guest
– Be able to create “WOW” idea for staff
– Encourage RM to come up with new “Wow” idea.

Welfare
1. Base Salary
2. Benefits: Medical Allowance (Reimbursement is subject to the maximum amount set by the company.)
3. Central operation allowance: PHP 15,000 per month (pay every 10th of the following month)
4. Travel Perks: Travel allowance for inter-city visits and reimbursement of actual expenses for overseas property visits
5. Telephone Allowance: PHP 1,700 per month
6. Staff Room Rate: 40% off the website rate (applicable after probation)
7. Work Schedule: 6 days per week**
